Luke Parker Bowles | CEO
Luke Parker Bowles previously served as Executive Vice President of Production for Open Road Integrated Media, a digitalpublisher and multimedia content company. Open Road publishes and markets ebooks from authors including William Styron, Pat Conroy, Alice Walker, James Jones, and Pearl S. Buck.
Parker Bowles created and ran Open Road’s Digital Entertainment division, producing short documentary film pieces around its authors in order to market their ebooks. He also managed a worldwide team of filmmakers who interview Open Road authors and their families, colleagues, and friends.
Parker Bowles also developed and produced television projects from Open Road’s extensive ebook backlist. The company developed William Styron’s Lie Down in Darkness, adapted by Richard Yates and Scott Cooper, for Mr. Cooper to direct, and Cocoa Beach, a television show based on the life story of Open Road author Jay Barbree and adapted by Emmy and Golden Globe Award winners Andre and Maria Jacquemetton.
Hailing from London, Parker Bowles began his film-industry career at International Creative Management (ICM) London in 1999 after obtaining his degree from the University of London.
An established film industry executive in both the United Kingdom and the United States, Parker Bowles has developed and managed a diverse slate of films for both major studios and independent film companies, including Working Title Films, Hart Sharp Entertainment, and Sharp Independent at HarperCollins.
Parker Bowles joined Working Title Films’ creative department in 2001. There, he was involved in the development of hit films such as Chris and Paul Weitz’s About a Boy, Beeban Kidron’s Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason, Joe Wright’s Pride & Prejudice and Atonement, Shekhar Kapur’s Elizabeth: The Golden Age, and Richard Curtis’s Love Actually.
In the fall of 2003, Parker Bowles moved to New York and began working with producer Jeffrey Sharp at Hart Sharp Entertainment.
Parker Bowles serves on the boards of BAFTA New York and the Queen Elizabeth II September 11th Garden in New York, and on the advisory boards for the Hamptons International Film Festival and the Montclair Film Festival. He is a contributor to the Daily Beast and is a member of the Pilgrims Society as well as the St. George’s Society.
In addition to attending the University of London, Parker Bowles studied at Yale University and Carnegie Mellon University.

As a Director/Cinematographer/Editor, Danny Monico has established himself as a visual story teller that see’s more than just what is in front of him.
He successfully start, develop, and grow the Digital Entertainment Divison at Open Road Integrated Media, a digital publisher and multimedia company, and has interviewed powerhouse names such has Robert Duval, Jeremy Irons, Kirk Douglas, Benedict Cumberbatch, Scott Cooper, and James McvAoy.
Recently, Danny produced 12 short films for TED, and sent film crews all over the world, from Hong Kong to Kenya, to capture the story’s of some of the worlds most important innovators, inventors and researchers of today.
He has worked on short narratives, documentaries, corporate profiles, and has work travel experience from the small wine vineyards of France, to the towering heights of Shanghai. His style makes you feel like you’re the only viewer in the room, and he captures the world through an intimate cinematic vision.
He has built incredible relationships with top notch Producers and Cinematographers in New York City, and continues to grow his pool of resources.
Jasmine Wang | Operations
Prior to joining Scoundrel Films, Jasmine served as a Producer for the michael alan group, a lifestyle and entertainment event production company.
There Jasmine managed several key accounts and executed dozens of productions across the country with HISTORY, Shape Magazine, Nickelodeon, AMC, LG, Barclaycard, MasterCard, ING, Sony Pictures Entertainment, and more.
She also advised and implemented improvements towards company operations, always aiming to streamline workflow from an internal and client-facing perspective.
Prior to the michael alan group, Jasmine served as the Director of Operations for Mad Dog Presents, LLC – and live entertainment production company. With Mad Dog, Jasmine planned, directed, and coordinated the production and operations for over (50) major events and festivals. These include the All Points West Music & Arts Festival 2009, Converse Presents "Gone to Governors" Music Series 2010, Hard NYC 2010, The Beach @ Governors Island Concert Series 2009-2010, Governors Ball Music & Arts Festival 2011, Rock the Bells NYC 2010-2011, Dave Matthews Band Caravan NYC 2011, Bass Island 2011, and many more.
Jasmine also oversaw the internal company operations for Mad Dog Presents - determining, interviewing, and hiring new staff; supervising production spending and needs, etc.
With a degree in Information Technology & Informatics from Rutgers University, Jasmine has also previously served as a front-end web developer for MW Design Interactive, and continues to apply her technical skills where needed.
